The sanding machine will inevitably produce problems during operation. We can handle most minor issues, but if not handled properly, it will delay the entire project and affect production costs. Therefore, operators are required to understand common problems and be able to respond quickly and eliminate them in a timely manner when similar problems arise.
1. Belt wrinkling: After the belt is wrinkled, it will not be able to be used again. Generally, there are three possible reasons for sand belt wrinkling. One is that the grinding wheel and tensioning wheel are not parallel in the vertical plane projection, so filling and correction are required at the center support cylinder. The second reason is that due to dampness and softness, the sand belt wrinkles and can become dry and dry. Thirdly, if the Qingdao sanding machine is not used for a long time, the surface of the sanding roller will rust and be rough, and the belt will be difficult to shake. At this point, finer sandpaper should be used to rust or polish the rollers.
2. Sand belt cracking: The main reason for sand belt cracking is due to the deviation of the sand belt. Perhaps the dull sand belt was not replaced in a timely manner, or the grinding load was too large, or it was caused by a sturdy object or the quality of the grinding wheel. During the sanding process, the belt itself may be encountered. Try to prevent damage to the sand belt, otherwise it may cause a fire or explosion. When the current of the operating table grinding wheel is abnormal, it is necessary to investigate whether the abrasive belt has become dull. If it is uneven, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
3. Belt offset: Generally caused by improper adjustment. The normal belt shaking should be 15-20mm, 15-20 times/minute, with a moderate shaking speed and consistent shaking before and after. If it is in an abnormal state for a long time, there may be errors, especially when the shaking speed is inconsistent, which may even cause this situation. Photovoltaic battery malfunction, damage to the reversing air valve or reversing cylinder may cause the sand belt to tilt. Poor dust collection and high dust concentration can affect the normal operation of electronic tubes, and may also cause the belt to run off.
